The Shorelines are usually a good barometer for the Palm Sales and this month is no different. The shoreline apartments that back onto the park, aka left hand side shorelines, have seen a number of transfers already this month.
We believe Al Habool has seen a D type contract at AED 2.1m
Al Anbara also at AED 2.1m and Al Khushkar at AED 2.15.
The sea facing Shoreline apartments have also seen an E type sell for AED 2m , and an F type for AED3.55m. Edwards and Towers are advertising a couple of D types on www.dubaipalmsales.com for AED 3.15m which represent good value for money.
Tiara Residence, Palm Jumeirah
Tiara, as usual, is one of our more requested developments but with limited stock we are not seeing many sales.
1 bed Tiara apartments sell for between 2.5m - 3.0m and we have just listed an excellent one in Aquamarine on a high floor. There are rumours of a Diamond selling for 3m last month but as yet we haven't seen it pass through the Lands Department transaction register. 2 Beds are ranging from AED 4.2m but again with little evidence of sales.

Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah
The Golden Mile has now opened as a retail centre for the Palm and anchor tenant Spinney's is in good company with plenty of food outlets to tempt the Palm Jumeirah residents. As a Palm Jumeirah Specialist I have decided to write a blog next month dedicated to the Golden Mile and I will give a full run down of all the different types of units and their respective prices.
